Below is an example of our cut sheet. 

Once a beef is dropped off, it will be harvested and then hangs for 14 days. Roughly 7-10 days after drop off customers will be contacted for their cut instructions based off the sheet below. We are more than happy to explain any of the cuts, best ways to cook, or any questions you may have. Orders will be cut the very next week. Pick up will follow on Saturday between 8 a.m. and noon. Payment for processing is due at that time.


WHEN PICKING A CUT SHEET BELOW PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A QUARTER, HALF OR WHOLE. THERE IS TWO DIFFERENT SHEETS DUE TO MINOR LIMITATIONS WHEN PURCHASING A QUARTER.
